Working Papers

The scholars who receive funding from NCEEER routinely submit to us one or more working papers as part of their research contracts. Below you will find a list of newer papers, listed by year, as well as links to a short abstract of each and to the paper itself. The working papers from contracts that began in 1998 or later are also available to the public via NCEEER's searchable Toumanoff Virtual Library. NCEEER has produced a bibliography that lists all of the papers produced under its research contracts from 1980 to 2000. You may download this bibliography in Adobe PDF format (keep in mind that this is a long document). Older papers (those submitted under contracts that began before 1998) are available in NCEEER's physical Toumanoff library, hosted by the University of Washington. If you are interested in obtaining one of the earlier papers, please contact us. We will send you a copy provided that we are able to get permission to do so from the author(s).
